Mr. Guinn's undergraduate degree is from Tennessee Technological University, in Cookeville, TN, where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors of the College of Arts and Sciences. The Board of Visitors meets regularly to review programs and overall direction of the College of Arts and Sciences.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Tech Alumni Association.  Tennessee Tech offers one of the best environments available for learning at a reasonable price, has won numerous awards as one of the leading members of the Tennessee State Board of Regents Colleges, and the Online MBA program has been heralded throughout the State Board of Regents System both as exemplary and cutting-edge in its approach and execution.
